Proudly your jewellery is handmade in Brisbane, Australia. Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery, no two pieces are the same, making your jewellery very unique to you.
I always do my best to replicate what is pictured; as each and every piece is handmade please be mindful that your jewellery may appear slightly different to what is pictured, having slight variations making your jewellery individual and very unique to you and very special. You may find slight imperfections from soldering, this is part of the charm of handmade jewellery and not a manufacturing fault.
All jewellery and hairpieces are hand made and you will be pleased to know that all collections are made in small runs. Women often tell me how lovely it is to know you won’t see their jewellery on the masses.

BACKORDERS
Should your favourite piece of jewellery be on backorder, please go ahead and order it and allow approx. 6-8 weeks for your handmade jewellery to be made for you.  Stock availability is noted on each item. Should you require your sparkling jewels more urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss the best turnaround time frame for you xo

RETURNS | EXCHANGES
Due to health and hygiene reasons under no circumstances can earrings or hair accessories be returned unless faulty, then we have the option of repair under our 6 month warranty policy.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within the guidelines of the items manufacturing warranty of 6 months (more information on our Faulty Products guidelines is listed here).
