Welcome Redki (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Redki”).  This policy encompasses all shipping and delivery activities conducted by us for our products, incorporating both domestic and international shipments. It sets the responsibilities and expectations of both us and our valued customers.

  1. Shipping Methods

Redki provides a range of shipping options, including but not limited to standard Australian Post, Express Shipping, and standard International Shipping. The availability of specific shipping methods may vary based on the customer’s location and the nature of the product being shipped.

  1. Shipping Costs

Australia

  • Express Shipping Cost: AUD$15
  • Free Express Shipping for Orders Over: AUD$150
  • Upon dispatch, tracking details will be emailed to you.

For international shipping:

  • International shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, destination, weight, and dimensions of the product being shipped.
  • Customs, duties and taxes and any other fess that the receiving country may impose are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon dispatch, tracking details will be emailed to you.
  1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of order placement, except for custom-made items. For custom-made pieces, we will provide you with a shipping date once we determine the production time. Please refer to our custom-made policy [insert link or details here].

Shipping times are subject to variation based on the selected shipping method and destination.

  1. Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is shipped.  This tracking number can be used to monitor the statis and location of the shipment.  We will provide you with the link and the tracking number for you to be able to track your item.

  1. Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate entry of their delivery address during the order placement. Redki cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

In the event that the delivery service delivers to an incorrect address due to the fault of the delivery driver, Redki holds no responsibility for the error. The customer is advised to contact the delivery company directly to address and rectify the situation.

  1. Undeliverable Items and Return Costs:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate entry of their delivery address during order placement. If an item is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will bear all associated return costs.

In such cases, where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the customer may be responsible for covering the return shipping fees incurred. Redki recommends reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the delivery address to avoid additional costs and ensure a successful delivery.
