WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

In addition to the statutory warranties, our goods come with a limited warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase covering against  workmanship on all of the goods that we sell.

We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace a defective product.

The six-month limited warranty excludes, to the extent permitted in the legislation (including under the Australian Consumer Law):

  • Damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alteration and/or substitution; from not following the instructions outlined in the ‘Jewellery Care Guide’ instructions.
  • Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorised repairers, theft, disappearance;
  • Loss (including lost stones) and/or any other type of use causing deterioration. Loose stones supplied by the Retailer and/or assembled by someone other than the Retailer or its authorised agents is not covered by the six-month limited warranty and the Retailer will not be liable for any such damage.
  • All jewellery is plated in Precious Metal such as Rhodium or 22ct Hard Gold. Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned.
  • We will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.
  • We do not refund for a lost piece/s of jewellery

You must provide your original proof of invoice of the purchase for claim under the warranty. If this invoice of purchase has been altered in any way, the contractual warranty is void to the full extent permitted by law.

Under the limited guarantee period when a product is returned for repair then only the remaining term of the original guarantee will continue to apply (e.g. if a product is purchased under the 6-month limited guarantee and returned for repair after 4 months from the date of purchase, once the repaired product is handed back to the customer, the remaining guaranteed term will be 2 months.
