You may find slight imperfections from soldering, this is part of the charm of handmade jewellery and not a manufacturing fault.
All jewellery and hairpieces are hand made and you will be pleased to know that all collections are made in small runs. Women often tell me how lovely it is to know you won’t see their jewellery on the masses.

At Redki exclusive premium crystals are used that sparkle elegantly and brilliantly. I have personally designed a premium crystal colour range specifically for my collections. I believe all women are unique and you deserve to have jewellery that reflects your personality and how individual you are and colours that goes from season to season.
Due to health and hygiene reasons under no circumstances can earrings or hair accessories be returned unless faulty, then we have the option of repair under our 1 year warranty policy.
Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within the guidelines of the items manufacturing warranty of 1 year (more information on our Faulty Products guidelines is listed here).

Redki Couture Jewellery® is handcrafted with care and created with passion. All our Jewellery is traditionally handcrafted and is very delicate. The metal is hard plated in either Rhodium or 22ct Hard Gold and each Premium Crystal is individually handset.
