WARRANTY POLICY

Sometimes, you may want to return an item. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, the process runs much more smoothly when everyone is aware of our returns and exchange policy.  Please take a moment to read through our policy.
Please note that all Redki Couture Jewellery is hand made in Brisbane Australia and we allow a certain degree of variance between pieces, as no piece is 100% identical due to handmade nature of the pieces. A piece of jewellery that has a a degree of variance from what is photographed is not a reason for return or fault, this is just the unique quality of the piece, ensuring that it is handmade and that you are receiving an individual unique piece of Couture Jewellery from Redki’s collection. 

What is your Warranty policy?

All Redki Couture Jewellery® products are carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of the handmade process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all Redki Couture Jewellery® Product/s from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, it does not cover neglect, wear & tear or damage from not following the ‘Jewellery Care Guide’ instructions.  All jewellery is plated in Precious Metal such as Rhodium or Gold. Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned. We will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product. We do not refund for a lost piece/s of jewellery.

You acknowledge that the products require special maintenance as outlined in our JEWELLERY CARE GUIDE instructions. Redki Couture Jewellery® will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by You to maintain the Product/s properly.

Please note that colours of the products may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor, phone or ipad.

The ‘Redki Couture Jewellery® brand are collections of quality Product/s that have their own unique style inspired by the beautiful world we live in. We suggest you take the following steps to best care for your ‘Redki Couture Jewellery®.

What is our Return & Exchange Policy?

Due to health and hygiene reasons under no circumstances can earrings or hair accessories be returned unless faulty, then we have the option of repair under our warranty policy.

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within the guidelines of the items manufacturing warranty of 6 months (more information on our Faulty Products guidelines are listed below).

We do not refund on change of mind; however, we are always happy to exchange for another item within 30 days of purchase date.
Except for items that have been:
– Specially made i.e. custom designed and custom made.
– Altered or remodelled by us at your request.
– Our warranty is voided if another jeweller or anyone else alters the item.
Items that have been worn.
– Items that have been specially made or remodelled are not eligible for refund or exchange.
– Freight costs are not refundable.

Our returns policy offers you either an exchange on unworn full priced merchandise within a 30-day period from date of purchase.
Products with a discount are ‘final sale items’ and are NOT ELIGIBLE to be returned for either exchange or refund.

If there is nothing you see immediately to exchange your item for, we are happy to set up a credit/coupon for the amount of purchase of the item being returned, valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Due to health reasons under no circumstances can earrings be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty, and then we have the right of repair.

Products returned for repair, replacement or refund due to customers changing their mind is not a valid claim under the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ Australia.

Please note that our warranty policy is for Australian purchases only and not valid for international sales, as we are based in Australia.

We are happy to assist you to make the right decision and answer as many questions as you have prior to your purchase. Before deciding on an item, please feel free to contact us for additional care guides and item warranty information.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given to Redki Couture Jewellery® stock purchased from our stockists. Exchanges will only be given to Products purchased directly through www.redki.com.au online store with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned items; and this may result in items not being accepted for return, exchange, refund or repair.

How to return an item for exchange

For your purchases, simply send us an email to info@redki.com.au within 30 days from purchase, and we will assist you in exchanging your item.

For your exchange to be valid, it must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging, original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

– Tags must not be removed; any product/s with tags removed will not be accepted as this indicates that the jewellery has been worn

– Packaging in original new condition

– Unworn/unused items into their original box/packaging.

– Jewellery to be wrapped into tissue paper to separate to jewellery and prevent scratching during transit

– Include a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase

– Wrap bubble wrap around the jewellery box, place inside a parcel postage box it came in and place this box inside a postage satchel addressed clearly with our address and your return address on the satchel

– Please do not affix any postage labels directly to the jewellery box itself as you may incur a re-boxing fee of $10.00.

After our evaluation, should the item be returned in the same new condition and unworn, we will contact you to discuss which item you wish to exchange for.

How to Return a Faulty Item

All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any faults reported after the 7-day period will not be accepted. Please report the fault via our contact page or email at info@redki.com.au  within 7 days of receipt of goods and we will be in touch to discuss your jewellery and we will assist you in the return of the item for inspection.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, with original tags wherever possible. Proof of purchase must also be included.

After our evaluation, we will contact you with the reason for the fault and advise of a potential remedy under warranty. Remedy can include repair or replacement at our discretion.

However, if we determine that the circumstances for fault were related to misuse, general wear and tear, and/or environmental factors, we will advise that there are no grounds to claim under guarantee and will offer a quote to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Should your product need to be repaired or replaced, due to the handmade nature of the items, please allow 4-6 weeks

Refunds will only be available should an item not be repaired. Refunds can only be credited back to the original method of payment.
Purchases made on AfterPay or ZipPay are not refunded and a credit note will be issued.

The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Redki Couture Jewellery®, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day  You return the Product for Your account to be credited.

Irrespective of the type or severity of the product fault/ defect, or what remedy is chosen, we have an obligation to comply with the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’.

 Postage/Freight costs are not refundable; the costs to return your item/s to our online store are incurred by you the customer.
Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged, and that both the sender’s address and return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage you to send your return by registered parcel post.
