WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

Warranty and Guarantee
In addition to the statutory warranties, our goods come with a limited warranty for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase covering against workmanship on all of the goods that we sell.

We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace a defective product.

The 1-year limited warranty excludes, to the extent permitted in the legislation (including under the Australian Consumer Law):

  • Damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alteration and/or substitution; from not following the instructions outlined in the ‘Jewellery Care Guide’ instructions.
  • Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorised repairers, theft, disappearance;
  • Loss (including lost stones) and/or any other type of use causing deterioration. Loose stones supplied by the Retailer and/or assembled by someone other than the Retailer or its authorised agents is not covered by the six-month limited warranty and the Retailer will not be liable for any such damage.
  • All jewellery is plated in Precious Metal such as Rhodium or 22ct Hard Gold. Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned.
  • We will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.
  • We do not refund for a lost piece/s of jewellery

You must provide your original proof of invoice of the purchase for claim under the warranty. If this invoice of purchase has been altered in any way, the contractual warranty is void to the full extent permitted by law.

Under the limited guarantee period when a product is returned for repair then only the remaining term of the original guarantee will continue to apply (e.g. if a product is purchased under the 1-year limited guarantee and returned for repair after 8 months from the date of purchase, once the repaired product is handed back to the customer, the remaining guaranteed term will be 4 months.

Love It or Return It Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it wihtin 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of jewellery.

  • You must contact info@redki.com.au we will provide you instructions to return your jewellery, in a reply email.
  • please note you have 14 days from receipt of jewellery to return it to Redki Couture Jewellery from the date you received the items. All jewellery is tracked and dates noted

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order confirmation or invoice is required.
Original Condition: Jewellery must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
Tags & Labels must not be removed, packaging not damaged or torn.
No Alterations: Items must not have been altered or modified in any way.

Specific Conditions for Jewellery:
Unworn: Jewellery must be new and unworn.
Packaging: Jewellery must be returned in its original, undamaged, unmarked packaging.
No Scratches or Damage: There should be no scratches, dents, or other damage to the jewellery.

Exclusions:
Sale Items: Sale items are excluded from returns.
Custom Orders: Custom orders or personalised jewellery are not eligible Returns.
Damaged Items: Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence are not eligible for returns.

Additional Considerations:
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchange Policy: We may offer an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.
