Welcome Redki (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Redki”).  This policy encompasses all shipping and delivery activities conducted by us for our products, incorporating both domestic and international shipments. It sets the responsibilities and expectations of both us and our valued customers.

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayPal and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club.

Additionally, products may be purchased using AfterPay, PayPal, and ZipPay, subject to their respective payment terms. Please refer to their websites for up-to-date payment policies.

(a) Please note that Redki will not be liable for any fees or charges that may be applied by a customer’s bank in respect of any transactions made online with Redki.

2. Timing of Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing an order.

3. Custom Made Order

For custom-made orders, full payment is typically required before the production process begins.

4. Orders

Please be advised that once an order has been finalised and the production process has begun, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

(a) International orders may attract taxes or duties applied in the country where the order is delivered. Please check with your country’s local customs office for information on duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Redki and are solely the responsibility of the customer. International Customers may be charged a currency conversion fee from your bank, any such fee is not the responsibility of Redki and is solely the responsibility of the customer.

5. Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Promotional Codes

From time to time, Redki may offer promotional codes for discounts or special offers. To apply a promotional code, enter it during the checkout process.

Please note that promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, and their use may be limited to certain products or time frames.

7. Gift Vouchers

Redki Gift Vouchers can only be used on the Redki online store at www.redki.com.au.

Gift Vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used in full at the time of purchase and within the specified use-by date.

Note: Only one gift voucher may be used per transaction.

An order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
